FormJoy’s parent company, SupporterBase Inc, enters into GDPR-compliant data processing agreements with each party.
Data subprocessors used by FormJoy can all offer European data hosting and/or are compliant with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework.

The below list details all subprocessors used by FormJoy and the purpose:
- SendGrid (by Twilio) - to enable email delivery.
- Heroku - for app hosting and database hosting.
- Stripe - for payment of your SupporterBase subscription.
- Papertrail (by SolarWinds) - for log management.
